Grad Night Volunteer Opportunity

The SMA Senior Grad Night Party is only two months away – Saturday, June 4! The Grad Night committee has been hard at work since September planning a ‘Night to Remember’ for the 2016 Graduating Class. The all-night party is a special tradition at SMA; it’s a night for bonding friendships, making memories, surprises, and most importantly keeping our seniors safe on graduation night.

How can you help?

We are in need of volunteers at the party. The event’s success is dependent on parent involvement and we encourage the parents of Freshman, Sophomore, and Juniors to volunteer so that the Senior parents can have the night off and rest easy knowing their graduate is having a fun and safe evening. Please consider giving your time. Not only are we asking parents to chaperone at the party, but we also are in need of a few parents who are willing to help orchestrate the logistics of the set up (i.e., decorations, food and beverages, transportation and entertainment.) Please email Sinnamon Tierney to get on our general volunteer list or to offer any additional help.

Each senior who attends the party will receive a door prize. If you are unable to volunteer, please consider donating an item. Email Lauri Byerly if you’d like to donate a door prize or for more details.

Thank you in advance for considering a volunteer role or for donating to this very important and exciting event in honor of our SMA Seniors. If you have any additional questions about the event, please email Lisa D’Andrea.
